🎯 The Role

You’ll guide students through their coding journey — acting as mentor, facilitator and main point of contact.

Key focus areas:

• 👥 Facilitate live learning sessions & group support

• 🗺 Manage individual learner plans and progress

• 💬 Provide 1:1 technical support (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python + Django/React/Data)

• 🛠 Support students across LMS + digital tools

• 🤝 Encourage peer learning and community engagement

You’re essentially the owner of the student journey — ensuring momentum, confidence and completion.

🧠 What You’ll Need

• Level 5 equivalent qualification in Full Stack coding

• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python knowledge

• Experience in teaching, coaching or mentoring (preferred)

• Confident communicator with strong organisation skills

• Comfortable in fast-paced, online learning environments

Enhanced DBS required.
