PremFina is a fast-growing fintech company transforming how people pay for insurance through smarter premium finance solutions.
As a Customer Support Specialist, youβll help customers across multiple channels while working within a small, collaborative remote support team.
π οΈ What Youβll Be Doing

π Handle inbound customer calls

π¬ Respond to queries via email, live chat and social media

π§Ύ Update records in support systems like Freshdesk

β οΈ Manage Level 1 customer complaints

π Educate customers on self-service tools

π Help identify improvements to customer processes and experiences

π Work towards service targets such as customer satisfaction and response times
β Requirements
Essential:

π 12+ months contact centre experience
-
π¬ Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
π§ Ability to solve problems and navigate complex situations

π» Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems

π€ Strong team player with a positive attitude

π― Experience working toward customer service KPIs
Nice to have:
