π What Youβll Be Doing

π Organise & deliver product demos
-
π€ Participate in sales meetings
-
π€ Attend exhibitions & conferences (1β2 per year)

π» Support and host webinars
-
π Conduct client training sessions
-
π§ Maintain CRM systems & email marketing tools
-
π Take notes & manage action items during client meetings
-
π Contact customers to assess satisfaction & needs
-
π Troubleshoot technical issues
-
π« Log and follow up on customer support tickets

π§ Create learning content when needed
-
π Handle day-to-day admin tasks
-
π¬ Liaise with internal chemists & regulatory specialists and translate technical info clearly to clients
