Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

💼 About the Role
BIBA is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join its outsourced contact centre team.
You’ll handle inbound calls, guide customers to the right insurance brokers, and explain the value of BIBA’s insurance portfolio. This role combines strong customer service skills with light consultative selling — ensuring customers understand their options while maintaining trust and professionalism.
If you’re confident on the phone and experienced in insurance or regulated environments, this could be a solid remote opportunity.
