💼 About the Role
FourthRev is looking for a Learner Support Administrator to manage and optimise the learner support experience across its career accelerator programmes.
This role sits at the centre of learner operations — overseeing ticket management, improving processes, analysing trends, and ensuring learners receive timely, high-quality support throughout their journey.
If you’re organised, analytical, and confident managing high volumes of queries in a structured system, this could be a strong fit.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee learner support tickets via Freshdesk

Ensure timely, accurate resolution of learner queries

Develop and refine support processes and escalation pathways

Work closely with Success Managers and Delivery teams to triage complex cases

Monitor support trends, volumes, and performance metrics

Maintain FAQs, knowledge bases, and internal documentation

Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

Ensure compliance with GDPR, privacy, and accessibility standards
✅ What They’re Looking For

Experience in learner support, customer service, or EdTech operations

Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar)

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and improve systems

Confident communicator who works well cross-functionally

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
