📅 What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping global travel running smoothly for colleagues and guests attending company meetings and industry events worldwide.
✔️ Handling travel queries and issues from colleagues globally
✔️ Managing vendor relationships and holding them accountable
✔️ Checking invoices and managing payments, credits and refunds
✔️ Tracking unused tickets, credits and airline points
✔️ Monitoring travel spend, emissions and policy compliance
✔️ Supporting planning for company and industry events
🧩 What They’re Looking For
✅ Strong academic background — degree in business or technical subject
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Responsible, self-driven and detail-focused
✅ Quick to learn new technology and software
✅ Able to travel up to 4 times/year for events (up to 2 weeks each)
