Employer: Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK)
Location: Home-based + extensive UK travel
Hours: 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE)
Salary: £30,000 pro-rata (£24,000 for 28 hrs) + 4% pension

About the Role 🌍

This is a sector-impact role.

You’ll help strengthen understanding, best practice and accessibility for assistance dog partnerships — both within the sector and across businesses and the public.

It’s part education, part coordination, part advocacy.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

External Focus:

• Deliver training and education sessions to businesses & service providers

• Support ADUK’s education initiatives

• Contribute to the new Corporate Allyship Programme

• Help remove barriers faced by assistance dog users

Internal Focus:

• Coordinate learning & development across ADUK member organisations

• Share resources and best practice

• Support knowledge exchange across the sector
