📅 What You’ll Be Doing

Keeping the Talent Acquisition function running smoothly — from admin and reporting to candidate experience and onboarding.

✔️ Managing and creating jobs on the ATS (SmartRecruiters)

✔️ Processing right to work and reference checks

✔️ Raising purchase orders for recruitment invoices

✔️ Providing regular reporting updates to stakeholders

✔️ Processing contract requests and supporting new starter onboarding

🧩 What They’re Looking For

✅ Previous recruitment admin experience — agency or in-house

✅ Familiar with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters ideal)

✅ Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal comms

✅ Able to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

✅ Confident with MS Office — Excel, Word, PowerPoint
