This is consultative sales in education.

You’re not just answering questions. You’re guiding prospects through an enrolment journey and converting them into paying learners. Targets will matter. KPIs will matter. Activity volume will matter.

🎯 Core Responsibilities

You’ll:

  • Manage inbound leads through phone, email, and video

  • Guide applicants end-to-end through enrolment

  • Use CRM systems to track pipeline and optimise conversion

  • Hit enrolment targets through structured contact strategies

  • Communicate programme value clearly and persuasively

  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity

  • Encourage referrals

This is structured, metric-driven work.


🧠 What They’re Really Looking For

Minimum 3 years in a dedicated sales role. That’s not accidental.

They want someone who:

  • Has hit revenue targets before

  • Is comfortable in high-value consumer sales (education fits this well)

  • Can handle objections

If you’ve done recruitment, course sales, SaaS, training programmes, or finance sales — transferable.
