📅 What You’ll Be Doing
Central coordination role keeping EV charging service operations running smoothly — supporting field engineers and managing customer commitments.
✔️ Planning and allocating work orders and maintenance schedules
✔️ Managing service requests, tickets and documentation across internal and customer systems
✔️ Acting as key point of contact for customers — updates and expectation management
✔️ Monitoring SLA compliance and prioritising work accordingly
✔️ Coordinating with operations, engineering and logistics teams
🧩 What They’re Looking For
✅ Strong planning, scheduling and coordination skills
✅ Confident communicator — written and verbal
✅ Customer service experience
✅ Good geographical knowledge of the UK
✅ Proactive self-starter — able to work independently
✅ Comfortable with multiple systems and trackers
