You’ll be the first voice clients hear, supporting people who may be anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. If you’re calm, empathetic, and confident on the phone, this is a role where your impact is felt immediately.

What you’ll be doing ✨

  • Answer incoming calls from private clients and NHS patients

  • Handle enquiries about ADHD assessments, treatment options, and services

  • Guide callers to the right team or next step

  • Log calls accurately and follow up when needed

  • Support distressed or anxious callers with patience and empathy

  • Work closely with Client Success and Clinical teams

  • Use tools like Aircall, Front, SharePoint, and MS Teams

Who this role is ideal for 🎯

  • Experience in phone-based customer support (healthcare is a plus)

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

  • Calm, reassuring manner with sensitive conversations

  • Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy

  • Comfortable managing a high call volume remotely

  • Proactive and confident escalating issues when needed

Nice-to-haves 🌟

  • Experience with EPR systems (e.g. EMIS)

  • Healthcare admin or HealthTech/start-up background

  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology
