They’re now hiring a Patient Services Associate to support patients through the entire booking journey.
💼 What you’ll actually be doing
This is a frontline operations role. You’ll:

Manage patients from booking through to scan completion

Handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Coordinate with imaging centres and referrers
-
Problem-solve scheduling or operational issues
-
Maintain GDPR and data security standards
-
Hit SLAs to keep wait times low

Suggest improvements to processes as the company grows
You’re essentially the human face of the company, making sure patients have a smooth, stress-free experience.
