📅 What You’ll Be Doing
A crucial operations role keeping Birthrights running smoothly across admin, finance and HR.
✔️ Managing shared inboxes and directing enquiries
✔️ Arranging Board, committee and staff team meetings
✔️ Inputting monthly payment runs and supporting payroll
✔️ Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and HR systems
✔️ Maintaining IT assets and staff records in line with GDPR
🧩 What They’re Looking For
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Experience booking and arranging meetings or events
✅ Experience with banking systems and HR support
✅ Confident with Microsoft Office
✅ Self-starter — able to work independently in a remote team
✅ Commitment to Birthrights’ human rights mission
💡 Experience with Xero, Beacon CRM or knowledge of maternity care inequalities is a bonus.
