🧩 The Role

This is an execution-first ops role at the heart of a remote startup.

You’ll:

👥 People Ops

• Manage onboarding & offboarding end-to-end

• Coordinate benefits, devices & contracts (Deel)

• Automate workflows (Zapier + internal tools)

🏢 Business Ops

• Support product & marketing tooling

• Handle SLT logistics, travel & company events

🤝 Chief of Staff Support

• Help during high-intensity cycles (summits, reviews, board prep)

This is about precision, systems thinking and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly.

🎯 You’ll Need

• 1–2 years in ops at a fully remote startup

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable handling sensitive information

• Process-driven and calm under pressure

Not ideal if you prefer high-level strategy over hands-on execution.
