Location: Fully remote (UK-based)
Salary: Up to £27,500 (dependent on experience)

What this role is really about:
This is a hands-on learning admin and systems role. You’re the person who makes sure training actually happens — set up correctly, tracked properly, and reported accurately. If you like order, systems, data, and knowing things are compliant and up to date, this is very much your lane.

Cornerstone LMS experience isn’t a “nice to have” here — it’s essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing learning end-to-end (uploads, assignments, communications, completions)

• Owning and maintaining the Cornerstone LMS

• Monitoring compliance and overdue training

• Producing learning reports using Cornerstone, Excel, and Power BI

• Supporting audits with accurate learning records

• Coordinating virtual and in-person learning sessions

• Administering onboarding learning journeys

• Managing external training requests, POs, and approvals

• Supporting wider Talent & Culture initiatives and dashboards

• Reviewing and improving learning admin processes
