💼 About the Role

FourthRev is looking for a Learner Support Administrator to manage and optimise the learner support experience across its career accelerator programmes.

This role sits at the centre of learner operations — overseeing ticket management, improving processes, analysing trends, and ensuring learners receive timely, high-quality support throughout their journey.

If you’re organised, analytical, and confident managing high volumes of queries in a structured system, this could be a strong fit.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee learner support tickets via Freshdesk

  • Ensure timely, accurate resolution of learner queries

  • Develop and refine support processes and escalation pathways

  • Work closely with Success Managers and Delivery teams to triage complex cases

  • Monitor support trends, volumes, and performance metrics

  • Maintain FAQs, knowledge bases, and internal documentation

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, privacy, and accessibility standards


✅ What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in learner support, customer service, or EdTech operations

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar)

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and improve systems

  • Confident communicator who works well cross-functionally

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
