Bookwhen is a small SaaS company that provides online booking and reservation software for businesses running classes, events and appointments.
Theyβre looking for a technically minded customer support specialist who enjoys helping users solve problems and get the most from the platform.
π οΈ What Youβll Be Doing

π¬ Provide first-line product support via live chat and email

π₯ Occasionally assist customers via video calls

π§© Investigate technical issues and help troubleshoot problems

π Log bugs and communicate with developers

π£ Answer product questions from potential new customers

π€ Help improve their AI support bot

π Work 4 days on live support and 1 day on follow-ups, projects, and training
β What Theyβre Looking For

π» 1+ year customer support experience (live chat/email based)
