Location: Largely remote (UK) with optional offices
Contract: Fixed-term (maternity cover, up to 12 months)

What this role is really about:
This is a hands-on HR Advisor role where you’ll be trusted to give expert, practical advice to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll sit at the heart of people decisions β€” balancing legal compliance with empathy, coaching, and a genuinely people-first culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advising managers on sickness absence, performance, grievances, and disciplinaries

  • Supporting fair, compliant, and well-run HR processes and hearings

  • Driving strong onboarding and induction experiences

  • Analysing feedback and sharing insights with HR Business Partners

  • Keeping HR practices up to date with employment law and best practice

  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
