💷 Salary: Up to £26,000 + up to 20% bonus

This role sits within Tandem’s Financial Crime Operations (FC Ops) function, which is currently being centralised and expanded. It’s a strong entry-to-mid-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in fraud prevention within a fast-growing digital bank.

🔍 What you’ll be doing

• Processing fraud intelligence referrals to support safe lending decisions

• Completing origination and post-origination fraud investigations

• Supporting internal teams with fraud prevention queries and approvals

• Reviewing fraud risks, controls and processes — suggesting improvements

• Supporting wider FC Ops activity as the function grows
