What You’ll Do 📦

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries end-to-end

• Track lead times and manage delivery schedules

• Resolve customer delivery issues calmly and efficiently

• Liaise with dealerships, transport providers & suppliers

• Keep customers and teams updated on progress

• Maintain accurate records (FCA compliance)

• Generate delivery and performance reports

• Suggest process improvements
