🌍 About the Organisation

Crimson Education is a global EdTech company (28 markets) helping ambitious students gain admission to top schools and universities through personalised support.

This role sits within their Focus programme — centred on executive function and leadership development.

🧠 The Role

You’ll act as a consistent accountability partner for high-achieving teens.

Key responsibilities:

• 📅 Daily (or near-daily) 1:1 check-ins

• ✅ Help students complete tasks set by their Senior EF Coach

• 🗂 Review schedules, manage deadlines & track progress

• 💬 Provide structured, practical encouragement

• 🤝 Collaborate closely with EF Coaches on student plans

This is hands-on mentoring focused on follow-through, habit-building and independence.

🎯 Requirements

• 🎓 M.Ed. (required)

• 👩‍🏫 Proven experience working with young people

• 🌱 Strong accountability + motivational skills

Nice to have:

• Executive function coaching experience

• Academic planning / admissions familiarity (US/UK)

• Experience with international students
