Theyโre scaling quickly and are looking for someone who enjoys customer support, e-commerce operations, social media DMs, and light creative work.
This is a hands-on, varied role that blends customer experience, creator support, email marketing and Shopify admin.
๐ What the role is really about
Youโll be the day-to-day support backbone of the brand โ looking after customers, responding to creators, managing orders, scheduling emails and supporting paid ads with simple Canva creatives.
Perfect for someone who enjoys structured tasks, communication, and digital tools in a growing e-commerce business.
๐ Key responsibilities
Creator & Community Support

Responding to DMs and emails from creators interested in collaborations

Managing Instagram & Facebook messages with a friendly, professional brand tone

Keeping community engagement positive and responsive ๐ฌ
Customer Support & Orders
-
Managing customer emails, complaints and queries
-
Processing replacements, refunds, new orders and chargebacks
-
Handling order updates using Shopify and Fulfillable
Email Marketing & Promotions

Scheduling Shopify email campaigns (Tue, Thu, Sat & Sun)

Designing simple email visuals using Canva

Updating product pricing and promotions on the website
Creative & Ads Support

Creating, resizing and adapting creatives for paid social & Google ads

Ensuring visuals align with brand identity and style
Website Updates

Making minor edits and updates in Shopify (no heavy tech or backend work)
โ What theyโre looking for

Experience in e-commerce, marketing, or beauty / hair care

Graduate-level education (Marketing, Communications, Business or similar)

Strong written and verbal English communication

Confident using Shopify, Canva, Instagram & Facebook

Organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks

Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have:

E-commerce operations or order management experience

Paid ads or social media creative experience

Background with beauty, hair care or lifestyle brands
