💼 About the Role

FourthRev is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support the smooth running of its learning programmes on a three-month contract.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, this role focuses on coordinating operational processes, maintaining accurate learner data, and supporting programme delivery to ensure a high-quality learner experience.

This is a structured, fast-paced role suited to someone organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems and teams.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate learner onboarding and maintain enrolment and progress records

  • Manage student-facing programme information to ensure accuracy

  • Support extensions, deferrals, assisted study plans, and withdrawals

  • Prepare and analyse learner and performance data

  • Support reporting and insights for Delivery and CX functions

  • Collaborate with Programme Coordinators, Delivery Managers, and Student Success teams

  • Monitor LMS platforms and student communities

  • Coordinate key communications and evaluation processes

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks across the Product Delivery team

  • Contribute to improving workflows and reporting processes


✅ What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in administrative coordination (education or learning delivery preferred)

  • Strong data analysis skills using spreadsheets and database tools

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and strong written communication skills

  • Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms (desirable)

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
