Lightspeed Systems is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their growing support team.
Youβll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve problems, understand the platform, and get the most out of the companyβs SaaS products.

π Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat

π« Create and manage support tickets in Salesforce

π Guide customers through product features and best practices

β What Theyβre Looking For

π¬ Previous customer support or client service experience
