🔹 About the Role

Encore Musicians is looking for a Weekend Customer Support Specialist to help customers and musicians with bookings over live chat, email, and phone. Most gigs happen Friday–Sunday, so you’ll be the go-to person when it matters most, ensuring seamless events and happy clients.

You’ll work remotely, assisting clients with last-minute questions, resolving support tickets, and guiding prospective customers to find the perfect musicians. Additional weekday shifts may be available during busy periods (June–September).


🔹 What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer and musician queries via Intercom, email, and phone

  • Resolve support tickets and escalate complex issues

  • Assist clients with booking musicians and troubleshooting events

  • Maintain high standards of service during busy event weekends

  • Support Encore’s reputation by keeping customers confident and informed
