📅 What You’ll Be Doing
Handling customer queries across live chat, email and social media for a fast-growing fintech app.
✔️ Resolving queries via live chat, email and social media
✔️ Troubleshooting technical issues and reporting bugs
✔️ Supporting app growth and improving user experience
✔️ Working as part of a friendly, close-knit support team
