Join the customer support team at Chip, a fast-growing fintech app helping people build wealth through savings, investments and pensions.

You’ll be the friendly voice behind the brand, helping customers resolve issues, answering questions, and improving their experience with the app.


🧾 What You’ll Be Doing

  • πŸ’¬ Respond to customer queries via live chat, email and social media

  • πŸ”§ Troubleshoot technical issues with the app

  • 🐞 Report bugs and UX issues to the product team

  • πŸ“± Help improve the customer experience and app development

  • 🀝 Work closely with other teams across the business


⏰ Working Pattern

  • πŸ“… 39 hours per week

  • πŸ•— Shift-based between 8am – 10pm

  • πŸ“† Monday to Sunday rota (may include one weekend day)
