🎯 The Role

You’ll support startup founders and growing businesses as they design and manage their equity schemes.

Key responsibilities:

  • 🤝 Onboard and support founders through scheme setup

  • 📞 Deliver high-quality customer success across tickets & calls

  • 📈 Build long-term relationships during fundraising & hiring growth

  • ⚠️ Spot retention risks and support upgrades/referrals

  • 💡 Feed customer insight back into Product & Growth teams

This isn’t sales — but you’ll need commercial awareness and confidence speaking with founders.


🧠 You’ll Need

  • 3+ years’ experience in a commercial/B2B/SaaS environment

  • Strong communication skills (explaining complex topics clearly)

  • Experience supporting startups or founder-led businesses

  • Highly organised & confident working remotely

Bonus if you understand shares, equity schemes or fundraising.
