What you’ll do 👇

Support small business customers via phone, email, and live chat

Own queries end-to-end, including complex and sensitive account issues

Apply financial services policies accurately in a regulated environment

Manage high volumes while keeping quality and empathy high

Spot customers who may need extra support

Suggest improvements to processes and customer resources

Work closely with a fully remote, supportive team
