What you’ll do 👇

  • Support small business customers via phone, email, and live chat

  • Own queries end-to-end, including complex and sensitive account issues

  • Apply financial services policies accurately in a regulated environment

  • Manage high volumes while keeping quality and empathy high

  • Spot customers who may need extra support

  • Suggest improvements to processes and customer resources

  • Work closely with a fully remote, supportive team

Who this is ideal for 🎯

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service (financial services or contact centre essential)

  • Confident handling multi-channel customer contact

  • Calm, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working independently from home

Shifts ⏰

  • Midnights Team (Mon–Fri):

    • Week 1: 12:30pm–9pm

    • Week 2: 3:30pm–12am

  • Nights Team (Mon–Sun):

    • 4-week rolling rota with long rest periods (including a full week off)
