📅 What You’ll Be Doing

Sitting between customers, drivers and dry cleaning partners — keeping the experience running smoothly and resolving issues as they arise.

✔️ Handling 50+ calls daily

✔️ Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints

✔️ Liaising with drivers and dry cleaning partners

✔️ Thinking on your feet to find quick solutions

🧩 What They’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years customer care experience

✅ Comfortable with high call volumes

✅ Phone-based customer service experience

✅ Organised, reliable and a strong team player

✅ Calm under pressure with great communication skills
