π What You’ll Be Doing
Sitting between customers, drivers and dry cleaning partners β keeping the experience running smoothly and resolving issues as they arise.
βοΈ Handling 50+ calls daily
βοΈ Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints
βοΈ Liaising with drivers and dry cleaning partners
βοΈ Thinking on your feet to find quick solutions
π§© What They’re Looking For
β 2+ years customer care experience
β Comfortable with high call volumes
β Phone-based customer service experience
β Organised, reliable and a strong team player
β Calm under pressure with great communication skills
