📅 What You’ll Be Doing
Managing school accounts through their contract journey — from renewals to upselling and customer support.
✔️ Supporting schools using 2Simple’s online services
✔️ Managing the renewal process to successful outcomes
✔️ Working methodically with the company CRM
✔️ Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
✔️ Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer
🧩 What They’re Looking For
✅ Friendly, self-motivated and well-organised
✅ Strong phone manner and customer service skills
✅ Competent IT skills and able to work through task lists
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
💡 EdTech sales, teaching experience or previous account management are all a bonus.
