📅 Permanent, Part-time (21–30hrs/week — core hours 10am–3pm)
🏠 Fully remote (travel 4–6 times/year for team meetings)

📅 What You’ll Be Doing
A senior, varied operations role — managing HR, governance, finance and IT for a small but high-impact charity, reporting directly to the CEO.
✔️ Leading HR policies, recruitment planning and staff wellbeing strategy
✔️ Overseeing charity governance and Charity Commission compliance
✔️ Managing day-to-day relationships with accountants, IT providers and HR advisors
✔️ Preparing financial information for annual reports and accounts
✔️ Developing the organisation’s digital and IT strategy
✔️ Managing the Operations Co-ordinator
🧩 What They’re Looking For
✅ HR management experience — policies, procedures and anti-oppressive approaches
✅ Experience overseeing financial, database and IT systems
✅ Strong governance knowledge — charity Board support experience
✅ Excellent leadership and people management skills
✅ Self-starter — comfortable working independently in a remote team
✅ Commitment to Birthrights’ human rights and racial justice mission
