📅 What You’ll Be Doing

Working within a specialist Tier 3 Weight Management Service, supporting NHS patients through a structured 6-month programme combining nutrition, physical activity and lifestyle change.

✔️ Delivering tailored nutrition advice via 1-2-1 and group sessions

✔️ Conducting motivational interviews and assessing patient readiness

✔️ Analysing food diaries and creating personalised eating plans

✔️ Supporting patients with behaviour change and relapse strategies

✔️ Liaising with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team

🧩 What They’re Looking For

✅ Recognised nutrition or weight management qualification (AfN accredited ideal)

✅ Experience delivering health, nutrition or lifestyle advice

✅ Knowledge of behaviour change techniques

✅ Empathetic, non-judgemental and adaptable

✅ Competent in Word and Excel
