π What Youβll Be Doing
This role sits in the patient bookings team, helping everything run smoothly for people going through ADHD assessment and treatment.
Daily tasks include:
βοΈ Scheduling ADHD assessments and follow-up appointments
βοΈ Communicating with patients and clinicians
βοΈ Managing shared inboxes and booking systems
βοΈ Keeping records accurate and compliant with data protection
βοΈ Working closely with the client services and clinical teams
βοΈ Ensuring patients feel supported and informed
