Salary: Up to £32,060 per annum (pro rata £35,065)
Contract: Fixed-term until 31st December 2026

🔹 About the Role

Cats Protection is looking for a National Email Marketing Officer to drive our email campaigns and supporter engagement. You’ll manage the charity’s email platform (DotDigital) from campaign planning and creation through delivery and evaluation.

This role is all about maximising engagement with new and existing supporters, producing compelling communications that promote cat welfare and support sustainable income growth.

As part of the Brand & Marketing team, you’ll collaborate across teams on national campaigns, email content, and infrastructure projects, helping build an engaged community of cat lovers online.


🔹 Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, deliver, and evaluate email campaigns

  • Manage the DotDigital platform and oversee automation

  • Segment supporters for targeted campaigns

  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to achieve marketing growth

  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection and fundraising principles


🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the third sector

  • Specialist knowledge of email marketing and automation

  • Track record of achieving digital marketing growth against targets

  • Experience with supporter segmentation and DotDigital

  • Broad fundraising experience and understanding of data protection principles
