What you’ll be doing 🎯

Partnering closely with hiring managers to define what success really looks like in each role

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing

Designing creative hiring strategies beyond LinkedIn (niche communities, Slack, Reddit, Discord, etc.)

Delivering a standout candidate experience that reflects Zanda’s culture and values

Using recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve hiring decisions

Championing Zanda’s employer brand across platforms

Proactively improving recruitment processes, tools, and workflows

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in SaaS, tech, or a startup environment

Strong sourcing skills and a genuinely creative approach to finding talent

Confident hiring across technical and non-technical roles

Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment

Data-aware, with experience using ATS systems and recruitment metrics
