Location: Cam, Gloucestershire – remote with the requirement to attend 1 day per month in Gloucestershire
Salary: £26,000–£35,000 (dependent on experience)

You’ll be a key part of the organisation, helping keep everything running smoothly while supporting senior leadership and frontline family support services.
What you’ll be doing ✨

Providing administrative support to the CEO, Finance Director, Company Secretary, and Senior Family Support Worker

Managing documents, reports, and evaluations

Supporting day-to-day organisational operations

Drafting and formatting reports and internal documents

Using tools such as Excel, Word, and (with training if needed) Xero, Canva, PowerPoint, and WIX

Assisting with meetings and organisational activities

Requirements & flexibility 🚗📍

Ability to attend a monthly Staff Day in Cam (GL11)

Flexibility to attend meetings across Gloucestershire

Driving licence and own transport preferred

Experience with Xero or digital tools is desirable but training is available
