What this role is really about:
This is a hands-on HR Advisor role where you’ll be trusted to give expert, practical advice to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll sit at the heart of people decisions — balancing legal compliance with empathy, coaching, and a genuinely people-first culture.
Key responsibilities:

Advising managers on sickness absence, performance, grievances, and disciplinaries

Supporting fair, compliant, and well-run HR processes and hearings

Driving strong onboarding and induction experiences

Analysing feedback and sharing insights with HR Business Partners

Keeping HR practices up to date with employment law and best practice

Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
