This role supports the smooth, accurate running of Accounts Payable, handling high-volume supplier invoices, global payments, and reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies πŸŒπŸ’±

You’ll be a key part of the Finance team, helping keep suppliers paid on time, records accurate, and processes running smoothly.


πŸ“Š What you’ll be doing

  • Processing high volumes of supplier invoices across multiple entities and currencies

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies

  • Setting up global supplier payments accurately and on time

  • Maintaining a clean, well-organised AP ledger

  • Reconciling supplier statements and following up on outstanding items

  • Responding to supplier and internal queries professionally and promptly

  • Supporting wider Finance admin and accounting tasks as needed

  • Experience in an Accounts Payable role

  • Comfortable using accounting systems (Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Xero, etc.)

  • Confident with Excel

  • Experience working with multi-currency invoices and payments

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end invoice processing

  • Able to manage deadlines and juggle priorities

  • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset

  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently
