π Location: Fully remote (UK) or hybrid from London, Cardiff, Durham or Blackpool
π Hours: Full-time, 36.25 hours per week
π Working pattern: 7-day contract (weekend work required on a rota)
π· Salary: Up to Β£35,000 + up to 20% bonus
π Contract: Permanent

This role sits within their expanding Financial Crime Operations (FC Ops) team, which is undergoing a major transformation into a centralised first-line financial crime function. Itβs a strong opportunity for someone who wants impact, progression and exposure across multiple financial products.
π What youβll be doing

Reviewing and deciding on PEP, sanctions and adverse media alerts

Completing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

Carrying out ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews and trigger event reviews
-
Investigating Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
-
Analysing financial crime processes and recommending improvements
-
Supporting business areas with financial crime queries and approvals
-
Sharing ideas, challenging the status quo and supporting wider FC Ops activity
β What theyβre looking for

3+ yearsβ experience in financial crime or fraud roles within FCA-regulated firms
-
Strong working knowledge of financial crime legislation & regulation
-
Experience across the customer lifecycle (savings, lending, etc.)

Hands-on experience with PEPs, sanctions, adverse media & transaction monitoring
-
Familiarity with screening and case management systems
-
Strong analytical judgement and clear documentation skills
-
Interest in professional qualifications (ICA / ACAMS / CFE)
